Remmy ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Quach Tien Dat and is committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
- Photos you take within the app are processed by our AI service to identify items. Photos are stored locally on your device, not on our servers — Remmy has no servers of its own.
- Item names, categories, locations, and chat history are stored locally on your device.
- We do not collect personal identification information, account details, or your device's location/GPS.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
Permissions
- Camera — to photograph a storage space so Remmy can identify what's inside.
- Photo Library — only if you choose to pick an existing photo instead of taking a new one.
Third-Party Services
We use Moonshot AI (the "Kimi" models) to analyze photos and generate chat replies. Photos and messages you submit are sent to Moonshot AI's servers for processing and are subject to Moonshot AI's own privacy practices.
Deleting Your Data
Use "Clear all memories" in the Profile tab to delete your locally stored items, locations, and chat history, or simply delete the app.
Children's Privacy
Remmy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
